**AGATE Cancellations and Refunds. This is just a friendly reminder that AGATE does not issue refunds for conference attendees who may miss the conference due to inclement weather, sickness, or other personal reasons due to final numbers in lunch reservations and other conference expenses required beforehand. Additionally, invoices must be paid within one month of the date they are created. If an invoice remains unpaid after one month, it will be canceled. The registrant is welcome to submit a new conference registration, membership application, or membership renewal after the invoice has been canceled. Please note, however, that late fees may apply to conference registrations if the new registration is submitted after the applicable late-fee deadline. If you anticipate a delay in processing your payment, please contact [email protected] before the one-month deadline and provide your purchase order number and invoice number. We will be happy to discuss whether an extension can be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us make the planning process as smooth and predictable as possible for our volunteers.

**Late Registrations. Please note that if you register after February 7, 2027, we cannot guarantee meals for you on Thursday and Friday, as our final numbers will be due to the caterer.

AGATE Conference History

AGATE has a rich history of organizing our annual conference with world-renowned presenters and keynote speakers about relevant topics to stakeholders in gifted education. All of this could not have been accomplished without the strong leadership of our Conference Committee Chairs who volunteered to put in countless hours and positive energy into our successful spring conferences.
