**AGATE Cancellations and Refunds. This is just a friendly reminder that AGATE does not issue refunds for conference attendees who may miss the conference due to inclement weather, sickness, or other personal reasons due to final numbers in lunch reservations and other conference expenses required beforehand. Understandably, things come up that are unavoidable. If so, please contact [email protected] to address any issues you may have.
**Late Registrations. This is a friendly reminder that those who register after January 30, 2026 will not have a guaranteed lunch on Thursday and Friday. We will accommodate when possible, but the lunch order is due to the caterer on this date. Dietary restrictions will not be able to be honored for those registered after this date.

AGATE Conference History
AGATE has a rich history of organizing our annual conference with world-renowned presenters and keynote speakers about relevant topics to stakeholders in gifted education. All of this could not have been accomplished without the strong leadership of our Conference Committee Chairs who volunteered to put in countless hours and positive energy into our successful spring conferences.
